DAKSHYATA is an initiative of employee incentive & performance management system by the Agriculture and Farmers' Empowerment Department, encouraging grassroots officers to perform more efficiently. This is a web-based robust performance management system as a part of the "5T" model of governance of the state government. Top-performing officers of block and gram panchayat level will be identified and recognized by the department under the DAKSHYATA programme.
